Cancel anytime
You may cancel your monthly Teacher Pro subscription through the secure billing portal. After cancellation, paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period and the subscription will not renew.
Refund requests
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a duplicate charge, or could not access the paid service because of a verified technical problem, contact us within seven days of the charge. We will review reasonable requests individually.
How to request help
Email slifeteacherai@gmail.com with the account email, charge date, and a brief explanation. Never send payment card numbers by email.
Price changes
Any future price change will be communicated before it affects a renewing subscription, as required by applicable law.
